Wonderful location (Palmer neighbourhood across from Headon Forest) walking distance to all the things including public transport, highway access, grocery stores , libraries and more. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington and the Burlington beach/waterfront. Straight up Guelph line to access endless conservation areas and hiking. The home has 2 living room areas, open concept kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a lovely large backyard to enjoy your time and parking for 1 small to medium size car in the driveway. Entire house is furnished including your bedroom. All bedrooms are on the upper level and furnished. Your room has a single bed (you can buy a double if you prefer), closet and big dresser for all your things. It overlooks the garden. The other bedrooms are used by myself and one for guests. Looking for a quiet person who works full time to enjoy the home with me. I work half the year from home and then usually leave the country for 4-6 months during the winter where you would have the house to yourself. No pets and female preferred. No cigarette smoking.
