| Rooms for rent in a Vibrant Shared Home! We have multiple rooms for rent in a four bedroom house! The rooms will be rented unfurnished. Available move in date for December 1st. Looking for students, working bachelors, or couples to rent out and who are okay with sharing. Two mid two private room is available for $550 each, if shared it will be $700. $600 for private large room, if shared $750 and one small room will be $500. Wifi is provided at free cost, however utilities will be based on usage. Parking is available at extra cost. * Room Features: Includes spacious closets, big window and great space. * Occupancy: Students, couple or working bachelors * Kitchen shared will be shared among all of you. * There is two bathrooms that will be shared among all of you * There is parking in the driveway for those who drive. * Laundry in the house that will be shared Location: - Bus stop: 2-4 minutes walking distance. - Conestoga College: 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride. - Convenience stores are available all around for your daily needs. We're looking for someone is serious and willing to share with others. Cleanliness and house maintenance are a priority and must keep the house clean. Friends and guests are always welcome.
