| Hi there I'm a 40yr old construction man with a female friend. We are looking to rent a 2 bedroom small house or apt or a big 1 bedroom with a den. Looking to move couple months or sooner. I work alot I'm quiet and clean. Recently sold my house. Need a place that's easy to haul mountain ebikes in and out as I bike alot. Lots of places have stairs and no way for a bike. I do have first and last months rent in cash right now. You will not regret renting to us and we look forward to working with you.
