There's a garden if you're into gardening. There is a little space in the backyard shed for anything heavy that you might need to store. A chair and office table can be arrange depending on your needs, subject to further discussion. It's a very cozy and quiet neighborhood with GO station just an 8 min drive. Nearest bus stop is just 200 mtrs. Sandalwood plaza is less than 1km, walkable distance even in winters. All major stores nearby. For parking, pls discuss on call.
