| Good Day to all landlords taking the time to read my ad. We are a family of 4 searching for a house to rent for ourselves. (It has been quite the nightmare!) We are looking for a 3 bedroom (min) full house. Our price we would like to stay within is $2200 to 2600 plus utilities or up to $2900 all inclusive. We really would not like to go over 3000$ monthly Looking to move in july 1st, 15th or August 1st We are open to : bowmanville, clarington, orono, Peterborough. Kawarthas, uxbridge....pretty well anywhere within an hour outside of the gta... We just do not wish to be in the gta. We are very hard working , honest people that take alot of pride in where we live and are looking for an honest and good landlord that is looking to rent long term. We do not want to switch our kids to multiple schools . Where they go in Sept. is where we would like to stay. Ideally we would not like to rent from anyone planning on selling in the next 5 years. We are clean , respectful and anytime we have time as a family it's spent together- we don't have a lot of guests (very rare) we mostly just work! We are not perfect (credit wise) we , as most people we were hit during covid as a lot of people were... we don't have "bad credit" but not "perfect ". And to be honest if we were "perfect" we would be buying - not renting. That being said our bills are always on time and In full and we always maintain the property and house like it was our own. I have been an owner myself so I understand how hard it is to Find a good renter. We have old values and mentality (think back to the 80s.... lol) hoping someone with the same values /like mind reaches out! If you want amazing tenants, long term.... please send me a message.
