| Are you a “pied-a-terre”/Commuting-from-home person who is seeking accommodations during the week only? If so, I have a nice furnished bright basement apartment available. Includes one bedroom with electric fireplace, kitchen, private bathroom, living area with bar and gas fireplace. It is in Bowmanville, close to downtown and OPG and quick access from the 401. Separate entrance to the basement. I’m flexible with length of stay and rent is negotiable for the right person. It will be all inclusive as there are tenants upstairs. Tenants are quiet and respectful. They do have dogs (who are friendly). Apartment is available during the week only although occasional weekends can be arranged with advance notice.
