Commuters will find ease of access to the South Barrie Go Station (less than 10 minute walk), as well as major south and northbound routes (Hwy 400 being less than 6 minutes driving distance away). The unit is located within walking distance of the Barrie Public Library, schools, parks, and grocery, drug, and convenience stores, as well as Barrie transit routes, and a short drive up Mapleview provides access to ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. A similarly short drive down Yonge Street takes you to Barrie’s waterfront and downtown. Private unit includes self-contained laundry and one designated parking space (sorry, there is no further parking other than seasonal street parking available). One large bedroom includes a double door closet, and plenty of space for a King bed and other furniture. The second bedroom is located off of the open concept living room and kitchen area, and also contains one large closet. Large sized washroom includes tub and shower combo. While we are a pet friendly unit, there is no available outdoor space for pets. Pets must be leashed in all common outdoor areas at all times. This is a no-smoking unit. $1700/month. Utilities are included up to a capped dollar amount, after which 50% of the any amount in excess of the cap is due (upper unit responsible for remaining 50%). First/Last preferred. Last month’s rent due at lease signing. First month’s rent and proof of tenant liability insurance must be provided prior to being provided keys for occupancy.
