| Young female professional seeking 2 single occupant roommates to share a 3+1 bed, 3.5 bath executive townhome in Arnprior. Spacious home and fully furnished in common living areas. Hardwood, laminate, and tile throughout. Each roommate will have their own bathroom and access to the common living areas, including 2 living room spaces. Minutes from the highway. Must be pet friendly as I have a small dog, who will be out of the home when I'm at work. Additional pets to be considered on a case by case basis. Roommates must have landlord references. Would prefer full-time employed female roommates of a similar age range if possible. Hoping to establish a friendly, social, yet quiet and respectful environment. Generally easy-going outside of COVID-19 times as I have elderly parents that I visit frequently. No partiers or smokers (including 420) please. First and last month's rent. 4 month rental to trial. Rent is $825/month for the upstairs bedroom and $925/month for the basement bedroom & private living room. Utilities included (gas, hydro, water, HWT rental, and unlimited internet). Street parking available. Garage or driveway parking available during Winter restrictions. Note that pictures are from the listing agent. Actual furniture varies.
