There are no pet animals and none are allowed. Street parking is available except during winter restriction period when driveway parking is available on condition of help with clearing the snow. Room occupant is expected to be actively engaged outside of the house during day time hours. Must be able to prove legal employment and have suitable credit/landlord references.
