| Female room mate wanted /room for rent available March 15 Single occupancy only No smokers , no drugs Proof of employment/income First and last required This is comfortable raised ranch home in a quiet area just 5-7 mins from outside of the town (amherstburg ) 2 mins walking distance to the lake and beach . Lots of trails for walking near by . A short 10-15 min drive to all local wineries , breweries and shopping . We (2 women , 1 is the home owner ) are looking for another female room mate. We are professionally employed , quiet , non smokers and looking for someone who fits in here . If you like reading books near the pool , watching movies and relaxing after a long day of work . You might fit in well with us :) bonus if you like medium sized dogs . There are two basset hounds here . So no pets please and they aren’t cat friendly . What your $800 rent includes : wifi All utilities 1 parking spot Your own fridge , and cupboard space . We like to make everyone feel at home here . Shared bathroom with 1 person (lots of space ) Room comes with a custom closet with built in deep dresser drawers , hardwood flooring , night stand , ceiling fan and the floor vents have air filters on them to help with allergies in the summer . On site laundry for you to use (just bring your own soap ) You can bring your own bed or you can use the one here . I do charge a fee on the first months rent for a new mattress cover . I replace that after every use Also includes Access to the pool and gym These are for YOUR personal use only , not your friends and family. (It’s not the holiday inn for liability reasons we don’t want that responsibility) We try to respect each others space and down time as we all have different schedules. You’re responsible for your own toiletries, soaps , groceries and linens . And everyone takes a turn buying items that everyone uses like garbage bags , dish soap , paper towels etc Some * storage available for additional fee . Fee depends on how much storage is needed .
