| Hello! I am looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible female student or working professional to rent the second room in my condo located in Scarborough. Here are the details: About the Room: • Private bedroom with own bathroom across room in hallway that will be exclusively yours. • The room is spacious and comes unfurnished (Only bed and mattress included; other furniture seen in picture of room will be removed prior to move in). • Natural light and a comfortable atmosphere. About the Condo: • Located in a secure and well-maintained building (Scarborough Wood – 121 Ling Road, Scarborough, ON). • Building amenities include a pool (seasonal use), gym (separated by gender), library, and hobby room. • In-suite laundry. • Shared living areas: kitchen, living room, and dining area. • You will have your own designated kitchen cabinets, but we will share the fridge (one side yours, one mine). Amenities Included: • High-speed internet + cable. • All utilities (electricity, water, heating, AC, etc.) are included in the rent. Price and Payment Details: • Monthly rent: $1,100. • First and last month’s rent is required upfront. • $500 security deposit. • No parking is offered. You will need to arrange for your own parking spot; may be able to rent a spot from another building tenant. Preferences: • Looking for a quiet and respectful female. • No international students. • Must be clean and considerate of shared spaces. • No more than two guests at a time. Guests only allowed to visit on weekends. • Non-smoker and no pets. Additional Info: • I am the owner and live in the master bedroom. • We will share all common living areas. • The condo is in a convenient location with access to public transportation (e.g., TTC and GO Transit), shops (e.g., Food Basics, Shopper’s Drug Mart), and other amenities (e.g., Heron Park Community Centre, Toronto Public Library – Morningside Branch). • Must provide a letter of employment, pay stubs, and show proof that you are enrolled in school. • Must provide two references.
