| Might also consider Dalhousie Nursing student! FREE FURNISHED ROOM In exchange for about 10 hours of labour a week • Room is about a 5 minute walk from NSCC campus on Chestnut Street. Owner occupied triplex. • Everything (heat, lights, internet, dishwasher, washer & dryer) included except food. • Prefer nonsmoking quiet LPN, Human Services or even hairdressing student. • You would be sharing a 3 bedroom apartment with one other person, a female in her 60’s who has mobility challenges. It’s a 2 level unit, one bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. It's a character room with curved (Mansard roof) walls. • Prefer someone who has experience with woodstoves because some of the labour will involve stoking, stacking, retrieving firewood. Your upstairs room has electric heat with separate thermostat. • The other labour would involve light housework, mostly during the week. So ideal for someone who is commuting from a distance, but doesn't like winter driving. There IS a parking spot.
