Very responsive landlord and resident manager, both have been so friendly. 15 minute walk (or much less) to Sobeys, Superstore, NSLC, Quinpool Road, Young Street, Agricola Street. Bus stop right in front of building! In unit laundry! Parking available for an addition fee. Heat, hot water and snow removal included! No air conditioning built in but a portable AC has been working just fine for the space.
