Room and apartment is furnished and kitchen is full equipped. The bedroom comes with a TV and Amazon firestick, free Netflix. I can remove the bedroom furniture if you have your own. The room is a bit small but can fit a queen bed with nightstand. The closet has room for a desk. I am looking for someone who is clean, mature and respectful. I can possibly accept another cat, depending on our conversation about our animals. This is a sublet. I am looking to sublet this room for a 1 year rental, with option of staying longer if we get along well. If landlord increases rent at that time of renewal we may have to renegotiate each other's rent payment. I am a single non binary student and part time worker. I am completing my last year in school and drive to and from Halifax most days of the week. I love to go to the gym, hang out with friends and family and spend time outdoors. |
