| Short term 3 month rental only. Renovated large and spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bath ground level apartment for rent in Waverley. One of the greatest family communities around! Heat and hot water included. Tenant responsible for electricity (which is approx $130-160 every 2 months depending on usage). Tenant responsible for internet/cable. Must have proof of tenants insurance upon move in date. Approx 1500 sq ft. MASSIVE master bedroom with large closet. 2 smaller bedrooms are good sizes with great closets. Very large tv room. Open concept dining nook and kitchen. Laundry/storage room. Stove was just replaced this year and windows. This is a 2 storey 3-plex (2 units upstairs). The unit for rent is the raised basement unit (not underground) with large windows throughout. Lots of natural light. There are 3 doors accessible to the outside - 1 front door and 2 back doors (one exits onto the outdoor patio and the other exits under the upstairs deck into the yard). Large yard that's kid friendly with a swing set, kids fort, shared fire pit etc. Access to a large backyard shed for storage. Large wrap around driveway that you can park at least 2-3 vehicles in. Street parking also available. Large front yard with beautiful trees. Great neighbourhood on a quiet cul-de-sac.
