The furnished, clean room has a desk, chair, closet space, and bedding. Help to clean the bathroom and take out garbage. No perfume/cologne. Full access to kitchen and stove upstairs. Separate Fridge available. The house is about a 40-minute bus ride from the University. The bus stop is an 8-10 minute walk. It takes one hour to reach Downtown Dorchester Street by bus. The Grocery Store is a 5 km walk or a taxi. Biking is 30 minutes to downtown. The owner lives on the premises and is another graduate student. Must be clean and respectful. |
