The house also has a library, large living-rooms, laundry room, 1.5 bathrooms, 3 large bedrooms and one smaller, plus a private and fenced yard (plus lots of room to garden if you like doing that!) Located in downtown Truro, you will be close to everything you need - restaurants, the library, Superstore and you will be a short walking distance to NSCC and a short drive to Dal. 3 large rooms at $750 + $150 utility share (includes electric, oil, water and wifi) 1 smaller room at $600 + $150 utility share (no closet in this room, but a small dresser or clothing rack will fit!) The room is for one occupant, no smoking, no pets. Available July 1.
