Oreck XL Professional air purifier available for use if desired. Roku Sanyo Smart TV in room to stream cable channels for movies, news sports etc. Wooden deck and large yard in back. Available from June 1st. Monthly rent is $1000 due the last business day of the previous month by bank electronic transfer. Damage deposit of $100 required at the start which will be refunded at end if there is no damage to the premises. Weekly rate is $500with a refundable $75 damage deposit due at start of week.Daily rate is $85/day . Free driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Gas generator hooked up to power essential circuits in home so there will be a working microwave plus heat and lights in the home should there be a power outage or after any power disruption. Shared kitchen. All kitchen appliances and cookware are shared including Instant pot electric pressure cooker, TFal Actifry air fryer, Cuisinart slow cooker and bread maker, Rival electric food steam cooker, Meyer 16 " Wok with tempura and steam rack, Philips electric indoor/outdoor BBQ grill, etc. Ceramic top oven, built in dishwasher, Panasonic 1200 watt Genius Inverter microwave, convection toaster oven, blender etc. Kitchen fully equipped with all cookware, plates, etc. No need to bring extra furniture or bulky items. Bus stop 2 minutes away with service to downtown Halifax. No pets. Renter must agree to terms of keeping bathroom very hygienic and clean. Must be kept dry after use. Must keep kitchen clean after use and room must as well. Will not rent to renter who does not keep bathroom and living areas clean and hygienic. Proof of double vaccine plus all booster shot required before moving in. Owner has proof of all vaccines including boosters. Must be non smoker. Must not overindulge with alcohol. No overnight guests. An occasional daytime visitor would be fine but not on a regular basis. Trying to minimize the risk of potential COVID exposure. For renters planning on staying more than a couple days: 1. A criminal check document from a local police detachment may be required.
