| Hello everyone! Our Brown Street family is moving to New Brunswick so our lovely traditional style 4-bdrm house is coming up for rent in November. The rent is $1600/month, or you can pay bi-weekly if that is easier for you. ($738.50 bi-weekly) . Rent does not include utilities, lawncare, nor snow removal. We pay the water. The home is heated with newly installed heat pumps and the current tenants say it is very comfortable with reasonable electric bills. We will be taking applications for this "No Smoking, Limited Pet Friendly" rental home located in Sydney Mines starting immediately. Applicants must provide full name and contact information for employment references and be willing to submit information for a credit check if your application to rent is successful. We will notify you before running your credit check. The house offers 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room with corner fireplace mantle, a big dining room, large kitchen with fridge, stove, over-the-stove microwave, dishwasher provided, a big foyer with a wide staircase, a sunporch in the front and a huge deck overlooking a private backyard. You will find a Maytag top-load high efficiency washer and a dryer in the unfinished basement. In recent years we have upgraded 100% of the electrical panel and wiring, and all plumbing (including a sump pump in the basement) by professional contractors, installed new countertop, sink, and taps in the kitchen, installed new flooring throughout the whole house, installed a huge, new deck overlooking the private back yard, and renovated the bathroom. Several windows have already been upgraded and we continue to replace windows and doors each year. This family-friendly home sits on a great street in Sydney Mines near the rehab hospital, the ball field, the junior high and high schools.
