Bus stop and all the essentials stores are available nearby including YMCA gym. The flat has 2 rooms and maximum of only 3 people are allowed no more than that. Everything is included in the rent including laundry, TV, Wi-Fi, bed etc. The rent of the room is going to be 450 each if someone wants it in sharing or 900 for the private room. Proper lease is going to be signed before the move in date. It’s going to be available from July 1st next month. I have attached the pictures too for reference.
