Rent includes heat, electricity, water, hot water, and WiFi. Free laundry room in building. This is a very clean and quiet situation and looking for like minded. This unit is typically shared among 5 students. This unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sitting room. The room is available immediately and a term lease ending on April 30 or Aug 31. is required price is $and 900/month for double occupancy only.
