| I have a nice large room available in an excellent downtown Sydney 3 level apartment on Charlotte Street. Very close to stores, restaurants, bus stop, just a block away from the waterfront. Free laundry room in building. This is a very clean and quiet situation and looking for two like minded female students. A term lease is required and price is $900/month if occupied by two and $750 for 1, the lease will end on April 30, 2025. Security deposit required. There is no smoking or pets in the building at any time. There is no parking at the house but street parking in area.
