This is sublet till end of April 2025. Starting May 1, 2025 the rent would be $2,250. Parking spot is available for extra $120 per month. Building is wired with Bell Fiber op and with Eastlink, so you can set up your desired internet provider. Tenant insurance and deposit are required. Dogs are not allowed, only cats may be allowed. This is a sublet and subject to approval by landlord. Our one year fixed term lease expires at the end of April 2025.
