| Hello :) I am looking for one female roomie to move in with me in my apartment in South End Halifax! This private room is available starting as soon as possible (preferably June/July) The flat is spacious, bright and homie complete with a dishwasher as well as an in suite washer and dryer. I own a vehicle and pay about $90/year for street parking through HRM and have been absolutely pleased with the arrangement for the past 9 months! This location is amazing and within walking distance to everything you need (several grocery stores, cafe's, Dalhousie, St. Mary's and downtown is all within a 15 minute walk) I am a 25 year old working professional but I am also super outgoing and kind and looking forward to making a new friend/roommate.
