| Looking for someone to rent out the upstairs, it's a large unfurnished 2 part bedroom. Looking for a positive/optimistic person, must be lgbt friendly and drug free! Preferably somebody smoke friendly as 2 smokers reside in house. $700/month, all utilities included, washer/dryer available in house, also have a clothes line available(dryer is small so light loads only), internet also included. No pets! We already have 3 cats and not looking to have any more pets! We have security cameras set up in main living areas, must be comfortable with that as it is non-negotiable!
