| Our son is 19 and currently finishing up his last year at NSCC as a child and youth care worker.(Big possibility he will be getting a job offer within the coming weeks) We have been looking for places as we are moving to the valley(both retired veterans.) He’s been denied a few times as he only has a part time job which mean a lower credit score. Most places won’t consider a co-signer. His father and I will be the ones paying until he is more established, therefore rent would always be on time and in full. Willing to co-sign, PAP, whatever it takes. He is a very responsible and respectful human that keeps his circle small. Doesn’t smoke/do drugs. Our price range is $1450-$1700 depending on what’s included. Hoping for something with everything included Must include: A parking spot (no on road parking) Laundry facilities Safe and secure area/building No more than a 20 min drive to downtown Halifax If this is something you are offering please let us know!
