| I have a small room to rent in Lake Loon/edge of cole harbour (off Montague Road). $750 everything included except food. 3 important things. 1. Room is small. House was built in the 70s with little to no renovation and needs a new window, which will be replaced in the summer. There is storage available in the basement though. 2. There are 4 cats in the home. All fixed, vaccined and treated for fleas, etc 3. Again, house hasn't been renovated since being built. I just purchased it and renos are starting within the next month or so, basically everything will be redone but it will take time. I'm looking for someone quiet, who doesn't have an active social night life. I work a lot but also sleep a lot. There is another roommate so the home will be shared between all of us. Only one bathroom but I tend to work evenings and nights so no morning battles to get into it first. Driveway does fit 2 cars but I come and go a lot so parking will be on the street. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors. Room is available now. |
