| Hey friends! I'm on the lookout for a reliable, employed and tidy roommate(s) to share my cozy three-bedroom home with overlooking Folly Lake. 25 minutes to Truro. Two bedrooms are available. Here's what you'll get: Shared 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, large sunroom overlooking the lake, living room, and laundry facilities, wood fireplace as well as conventional heating. Ample storage space in the basement and shed. The lake is a minute walk from the front door, Ski Wentworth is a 5 minute drive. $850.00/month includes everything but your own food and bedding. Or $700/month and split all associated bills/common use items. Fully furnished, condiments, basics, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies all things like that included. Available April 1st.
