| Looking for one roomate in a 2 bedroom mobile home . Room for rent ~Lake Echo~ (about a 15 minute drive to Dartmouth. B3E 1C5 ) Available January 1, 2024 (Maybe a few days earlier. TBD) Furnished room for rent in a shared, quiet, relaxed, happy and clean mobile home. This home has been recently totally renovated and is located in a quiet community. The kitchen, living room, dining room, washroom, deck and yard are shared with one other person.(owner) On site laundry facilities are available at no extra charge. The room for rent is a bit small ( 8ft x 6ft) but was recently painted, new window, double layered carpet, captains bed, closet and a wall mounted tv. The home is non-smoking but smoking is allowed on the deck. The rent includes: electricity, heat, water, wifi and a parking spot for one car. The home itself is fully furnished and you won't need to bring anything except your suitcase. You would not need to bring any kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, etc... as I have plenty of that here. Qualifications: You must be clean and respectful. You must have a full time job located outside of the home. You must have a car. No Pets. No partiers or many guests over. References. The rent is $ 700 per month. If this still interests you, I will start by asking you a few questions: #1- When would you like to move in? #2- How long do you need the room? #3-Do you have work full time job and outside of the home? #4- Do you have a car? A car is almost crucial here as the bus service is not so good. #5- Are you smoker? 420? #6- Would you have many visitors coming over/partier? #7-Are you a drinker?
