| The Cedar Cottage is available until June 30, 2025. This cozy 600 sq ft, short-term rental (weekly or monthly) is located on a private lot (0.75 acres) in the seaside community of Ketch Harbour. Ketch Harbour is approximately 20 km south of downtown Halifax and 9 km from Crystal Crescent Beach Provincial Park. This fully furnished home and property offers: > Two bedrooms —a queen bed and a double bed. Both rooms have a dresser, wall hooks, a mirror and lamps. > High-speed internet > A large screen TV with Roku > A small washing machine and drying rack > Deck furniture and a barbecue > A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom (face clothes, hand and bath towels) > A welcoming living room with antique furniture and a dining area > An ocean view of Ketch Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean > A private yard surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and old rock walls > A garage (for a small amount of storage) and a paved driveway Rental amounts vary based on the number of occupants, length of stay and the time of year. The rate will include all utilities, except for snow removal. A signed rental agreement and a refundable damage deposit is also required ($200 for a weekly rental and $500 for a month or longer).
