Centrally located home overlooking the beautiful miners marsh. Minutes walk to downtown, bus route, walking trails and amenities. All utilities, wifi and parking for one car included. Fire pit in backyard and wood stove in the home. Ample storage and shared common spaces. I am looking for a female working professional or student to share my home with. There would just be the two of us sharing the space. Must be ok with a friendly golden retriever and cat. I am a creative, open minded and LGBTQ+ Ally and would love to find a like minded individual to share my home with. Cannabis friendly and occasional guests welcome but no parties.
