Current roommates are graduate students from Dalhousie. We are looking for someone who is like-minded, respectful and clean. Rent includes heat, AC and hot water. Power and internet are separated bills, shared between 3 roommates. Rent is $825.67 from Jan to April for a bedroom, sharing bathroom with another female roommate (rent will increase to 5% after April due to current lease). Power is roughly $100 a month (total), internet is $145 (total) and insurance is $12 per person Apartment includes: kitchen, in-suite laundry, lots of storage space. The location is very convenience, closed to Superstore, Sobey, bus route, looking right at the waterfront. Within walking distance to SMU (15 minutes) and Dal (30 minutes).
