| Sublet available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment across the street from Dalhousie University from January 1st-May 31st 2024. I am looking for one subletter to join me for the remainder of the lease. I currently am staying in the master bedroom, so you would have access to the two remaining smaller bedrooms for your own use (my old roommate made one into a bedroom and one into an office). I graduated from Dalhousie university last year and am currently working in Halifax, I have a car so would be happy to take my future roommate to get groceries or other errands when needed. It will just be me staying at the apartment. If you would like to know more about me, feel free to ask! Price is $1,000/month plus utilities. Due to the size of the apartment I am only looking for ONE subletter (sorry but I'm not open to more than one). Early move in is available from December 15 onwards.
