| I’m looking at 2 or 3 bedroom apartments starting AUGUST 1, and seeking roommates in advance as it’s a lot easier to get approved together. I had enough of room rentals and student housing so I’m looking for a nice place that we can keep clean, organised and fairly furnished (rent 1200$ per person max). I’m a 24M, recently graduated from Dalhousie and work full time as a software developer. You are ideally of similar age - either a mature student or young worker. (Doesn’t have to be “working professional” lol, but make enough to pay rent on time). I’m friendly and am around the house fair bit (as I work hybrid), so I hope you are friendly and a pleasant person to be around too! I work quite a bit, but in my free time I enjoy working out, being outdoors in the summer, skiing and gaming and going out to bars ocassionally. I don’t really cook much and prefer not to have heavy cookers.. although it’s not a big issue -as long as you clean up after yourself.
