| A furnished room is available until Aug 1 in a 4-bedroom apartment in the central North End. We're upstairs in a two-story house in a historic neighbourhood two blocks from the Citadel and Common. The room has a high ceiling and some architectural detail, as well as a big north east facing window for lots of morning sun and a beautiful view of the yards. The rent is $700 + power. Parking is on the street by permit. Laundry is at a lovely renovated laundromat just around the corner. I'll need a deposit to hold the room and can give you a key then. The vibe here is chill and pretty quiet. I'm male, late 40s, brainy, musical, into volunteering, horticulture, hiking, visual arts, yoga and spirituality. I'm quite social and active in the community, playing music, organizing and going out to events and activities, having people over for suppers, backyard fires, etc. The other two roommates are female, mid twenties, an IT worker and a NSCAD student.
