| Looking for rent out one of the bedrooms in the north end home. You must be a dog friendly individual as there are two large size dogs. You’d be sharing the house with me (male, 40+, non smoker, no drug) Fully furnished bedroom (11’ x 13’) with a small walk-in closet. All you need is just pillows and linens, matress is provided but i would appreciate if you bring a new matress protector for hygienic reasons. Rent includes heat and high speed internet. Power extra ($35-$50). Bedroom on the 2nd level, living room, kitchen, dining room on the main. Laundry in the basement. Month to month. Parking available in the driveway or street parking (quiet street). House is in the Richmond neighbourhood by the “pit” merv Sullivan park in Halifax north end just off Novalea drive.
