| We are a professional couple who rent out our spare room(s) in our home. Depending on your situation we rent one or both rooms. If you are siblings or friends or here for work temporarily from the same company, we will rent both rooms. If you’re a mature single, we would rent just one room. $1000 per room per month. Great option for grad students, medical professionals, people on temporary assignments. House has den, and large living area w fireplace and tv room. Separate large dining room, separate kitchen, dry basement for storage, backyard deck and 2 bathrooms. Backs in to Frog Pond park, nearby trails and Dingle Park all within 5 minute walk.
