| One room is available in my apartment for a roommate. Rent is $800 a month and includes everything: Heat, electricity, water, parking spot and wi-fi. The room is unfurnished, (furniture from the pictures aren't included with the room) and both the kitchen and bathroom are shared between you and me. I don't party, smoke, drink or do hard drugs. I mostly keep to myself and won't bother you with anything unimportant. You'll need approval from the landlord. He gave me a form for applicants to fill and send to their office.
