| TEMPORARY SUBLET ONLY we are looking to sublet a room a completely furnished apartment for the duration (1st Jan to 15th Feb). The rent is 850$ monthly Heat and Hot/Cold water is included with the rent and Hydro is about 25$ a month per person and wifi is 27$ per month. It is a shared living space of the kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 other rooms mates, both Male working professionals. The apartment is very clean and is very close to the bus stop. All furniture is provided, just request that you bring your own bed sheets and comforter!:) |
