| My partner Nicholas (26) and I (25) are looking for a roommate to move into a private bedroom in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in a house on Fenwick Street in the south end of Halifax. The apartment is bright and spacious unit with on-site laundry, and includes utilities such as hydro, heat and AC. Located less then a minute walk away to Sobeys, NSLC and Shoppers, and less then a 5 minute walk to the nearest public transit stop. We're both young professionals who work full-time (Typically 9 to 5) at NSCAD University. Nicholas works as an event producer and sometimes works evenings and weekends and I work a second Job at Urban Outfitters on some evenings and weekends as well. We also have a cat name Qiang. He's a bit skittish when you first meet him but quickly warms up to people and is very sweet. Rent for the space is $1,100 with all utilities included expect for internet which will be split 3 ways. We'd be looking for someone to move in around May 1st. We'd prefer someone who is looking long term but are able to willing to discuss short terms.
