| Recently graduated from Dal and looking to move next month but my lease isn't over until January 31st 2024. I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of the lease and there is an option to renew the lease should you wish. This would be more ideal for any Dalhousie students on the Carleton campus, especially for any dental or medical students as it's less than a 10 minute walk to campus. It's a one bedroom; 870 sqft, has a laundry room with shelves and cupboards with new machines, modern appliances, double sink kitchen, large bathroom, air conditioning, spacious balcony. It's a fairly new building as I have been the only one living in it since it opened. Rent is $1795 monthly and includes water & heat. Building features include a common room & gym. A brand new grocery store opened downstairs and it's only a few minute walk from many restaurants, Pete's, shoppers drugmart, NSLC, public library, etc. just to name a few. There are still current plans to add more retail shops to the building as well. Underground parking available at an additional fee. An in person view can be arranged but the unit is a bit messy at the moment because I'm in the process of moving lol.
