| Looking for a female to join my roommate and I in this spacious 1400 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath apartment! The apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a balcony, and lots of natural light with large south and west facing windows. There is an air exchange system and I also have a large hepa air purifier for the space so the air quality is excellent. The commons areas are furnished as pictured, hoping to add more plants and thrift more decor over time. The building’s amenities include a gym and a swimming pool. There is also a parking spot included if needed. Located between the North End and West, only a couple minute walk to the Windsor St Sobeys and 10 minutes to the Commons. The room is small but has a massive window and can comfortably fit a double bed and desk as pictured. It can be partially furnished if needed. Note that the floor plan shows this room opens up to the living room, but it actually opens up to the hallway. The room is single occupancy only and you would share a washroom with just one person. It is $800 / month + utilities (electricity, heat, wifi, tenant’s insurance - around $100/month total). Looking for a roommate starting October 1 (flexible). About us: I’m in my late twenties and work a 9-5 job at a non-profit. My roommate is a PhD student in her early thirties. We’re both fairly introverted, but also like to be social with roommates. A calm living environment is really important to us, especially on weeknights. Looking for a kind, considerate, and clean female roommate. LGBTQ+ friendly. No smoking / no pets.
