| I have a large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment near Larry Uteck. Your rent includes use of laundry, outside parking spot, heat, power, and use of Internet. Partially furnished. Available either February 1st, or March 1st. I am looking for a mature non smoker (female), with no pets (1 cat may be negotiable). This building doesn't allow dogs. A vehicle is required or a walk to the bus. It's a quiet area (can't hear traffic) and we have a beautiful large walk-out outdoor patio. References will be required and proof of employment.
