Around the corner are cafes, restaurants, shopping, the oval, etc. etc. I am a retired person and rent two rooms in my home. It's a good place for a responsible student or working person. Rent is all inclusive - utilities, wifi, laundry facilities. You will have full access to the kitchen, dining room and outdoor garden. One year lease starting in September.
