| Furnished bedroom available on Herring Cove Road which is right on the HRM bus route. Parking is available along with use of all common areas except for the master bedroom. The owner smokes inside the house and owns two large very friendly dogs. The house has a large fenced-in backyard with a deck and this property is about a 20 minute walk from a beach that has a lifeguard on duty during the summer months. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard has a great view of the woods behind the house. This location is very close to downtown Halifax, Bayers Lake and just a quick hop across the bridge to Dartmouth. All utilities are included as well as internet/wifi, a washer and dryer plus a clothesline is also available. The house is heated and cooled by a heat pump. There is one full bathroom upstairs and a guest bathroom on the main level - all facilities would be shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to start cooking. The rent for this space is $750 per month with a $400 damage deposit and would include all utilities, paper products such as toilet paper and and paper towel and parking for one vehicle. You will be responsible for providing your own food and beverages along with any personal toiletries.
