| Hi! I am graduating from Dalhousie this Fall and am no longer needing to live in student housing. I have lived in this house for over two years and the location has been more than ideal! The house is steps away from universities, bus stops, grocery stores and much more. The rent is $735/month not including power or wifi. The house is two levels and this room is located on the upper level. There are two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry. I am looking to sublet my room for the remainder of the lease onward from September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. The room will not be furnished unless you are looking to buy some items I may be selling. The house is currently shared with four other roommates that are studying at Dalhousie.
