Power separate and split in 4 1 parking spot available with tons of street parking as well Kitchen and washroom is shared between all tenants so I expect you to be aware and courteous of others time and space. Bus routes: 1,2,3,4,90,24 at a 1-3 minute walking distance. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house or the deck. No pets except for a cat are considered (I’m sorry!)
