Hi! We are looking for someone to take over our lease on our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor apartment at The Boss Plaza 3, 15 Supreme Crt, Halifax on Aug 1, 2024 (we've purchased a house). If your application is successful, you will be signing a new lease with GNF Investments Limited (United Gulf Developments). For viewing, please bring all application documentation (see below). 24-hour notice is required. Email contact only. No holds. Apartment Features: • No Smoking building • 1130 square feet • 2 bedrooms, 2 bath (Main Bath: 4 piece / Ensuite: 3 piece with glass door, walk-in shower) • Granite countertops • 6 appliances: in-suite washer and dryer; stainless steel appliances in kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, over the range microwave) • Heat included in rent (hot water baseboard) with in-suite thermostat • Individual split heat pump (heat and air conditioning) • Hot and cold water included in rent • Spacious wrap-around balcony • Walk-through closets in primary bedroom • Large windows with roller blinds • 9’ to 10’ ceilings • 2 year old building • Storage unit in garage level included in rent • Current rent $2014.50 and includes heat (hot water baseboard), hot and cold water. Rent is due to increase Sep 1, 2024 to $2115.23. If your application is successful, you will be signing a new lease with GNF Investments Limited (United Gulf Developments). Application Documents: Because we are leaving in the middle of our lease, we are required to collect the documentation below and present completed application packages to building management. We cannot accept partial application packages or hold the apartment. Submission of application documentation does not guarantee rental; the final decision is up to GNF Investments Limited (United Gulf Developments). To be considered, you must provide the following: 1) Completed Tenant Application form (will be emailed to you prior to viewing), 2) Completed Tenant Consent Form for credit check (will be emailed to you prior to viewing), 3) Proof of employment, minimum of 1 year with current employer in the form of a letter from your employer, 4) Photocopy of 2 most recent pay stubs, 5) Photocopy of 2 pieces of government-issued photo ID.
