| Location, location, location! Offering: Lease takeover South Park St / Spring Garden Looking for someone to take on my apartment in May. Available May 1 but can be flexible (by mid May preferred). I am looking to transfer my apartment over to a new tenant as-is. This is not a requirement if you’re interested in the place, but preference will be given to those who are willing to take the apartment furnished. This is a two-bedroom apartment listed for $2,749. If you would like the place furnished, there would be an additional cost to this rent price (will need to do a proper inventory but likely in the $2-$3k range). Everything is yours to keep so if you would like the apartment but are not sold on some pieces of furniture you could easily resell and redecorate. Bookshelf, closets, etc will be empty and wall décor will be removed (pictures, guitar, etc.). Our lease is up at the end of August and if you are interested in keeping the unit come September, I can speak with the landlord to see if they will offer you a new one-year lease starting Sept 1 (this would be sorted asap). My roommate is planning to move out in May so priority will be given to those who are interested in taking on the two bedrooms. There is a chance one bedroom will be available before the other one (May 1 versus end of May). It is also possible to transfer the unit to two individuals who are each just looking for one bedroom. Both bedrooms are similar size.
