| I have 1br in a 2br available for January 01. This is a four month lease running from January 01 - April 30. After this point, you and the landlord can negotiate if you are re-signing. Price: $850 Utilities: $50 -$75/mo. Accessibility: Basement level apartment - no stairs to enter. Slope on the driveway leading down. No strong scents or fragrances regularly but this also isn't fragrance free. Roommate: Mid-thirties, has a cat that stays in their self-contained space. Plays video games and hangs out with friends. Night owl but pretty respectful about it. We have a laundry room shared by the building that is non-coin op/free right now. Location is on Joseph Howe Drive. We have the 91, 2, 3, 29, and 8 nearby. Sometimes I even walk down to the 24 and it isn't too bad. Atlantic Superstore, Giant Tiger and Bulk Barn are pretty close by. You would have exclusive access to the living room. (Roommate has their own den.) Shared spaces are the kitchen and shower. (Roommate has an ensuite half-bath.) Couples are welcome to apply.
